Our manufacturing clients have a variety of needs in design, manufacturing, repair, heat treatment, and plating of parts or equipment. We are highly skilled in these aspects of our trade and are always ready to handle their requests—especially when it’s urgent.

Design

Starting from the technical drawing or the part itself (in steel or another material), we use advanced design software to reproduce the required part. We are able to take measurements and perform reverse engineering to meet our clients’ needs.

Manufacturing

We offer CNC and conventional machining services. We can machine a wide range of materials and are very flexible with manufacturing lead times. Supply issues for certain parts can be resolved by having them manufactured with us.

Repair

When manufacturing a new part is not necessary and high costs can be avoided, we repair the part in different ways depending on the need, in order to restore it to like-new condition. This generally helps reduce downtime for putting the equipment back into service.

Heat treatment and plating

Heat treatment is a process that modifies the properties of steel without changing its nature. Plating is the addition of a coating to a part (aluminum, for example) that allows it to resist corrosion.
