Design
We have sophisticated design software and can reproduce the required part from a technical drawing or the part itself (in steel or other material). We are able to take measurements and reverse engineer to meet our customers’ needs.
Type of customers: pulp and paper mills, isolated companies, the chemical industry, industrial industry, aeronautics (testing airplane parts), the agri-food sector and printing houses.
Fabrication
We offer both numerically controlled and conventional machining services. We can machine many materials and we are very flexible in terms of manufacturing times. Difficulties in supplying certain parts can be resolved by having them manufactured by us.

REPAIR
When fabricating a new part is not necessary and you want to avoid higher costs, we repair the part in different ways depending on the need, in order to restore it to new condition. This generally makes it possible to reduce delays for return to service.

HEAT Treatment AND PLATING
Heat treatment is a processed used to modify the properties of steel without changing its nature. Plating involves coating to a part, such as with aluminum, to make it resistive to corrosion.
